These Terms govern your use of the Adaptive Mind Institute website and our coaching, training and workshop services. By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of services
Coaching, training and workshop services provided by Adaptive Mind Institute are educational and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, contact your local emergency service or, in Australia, call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
2. Bookings, payments and cancellations
Coaching and workshop bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a reschedule or refund; cancellations within 48 hours of a session may incur the full session fee.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our training materials — including text, graphics, worksheets and the book ACT for ARFID — is the intellectual property of Adaptive Mind Institute, unless otherwise indicated. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all coaching and training conversations as confidential, subject to our professional and legal obligations (including mandatory reporting and duty of care where there is risk of harm).
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Adaptive Mind Institute is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
